Great product and installed easily. Dealing with etrailer was once again easy and pleasant. My only critique would be better packaging. It rattled around loosely in the box - ripping numerous holes in the box and scuffing the paint badly. Not a huge deal, but looks like I installed a used hitch instead of a new one. Sprinter 3500. Other than that, all great.

Still perfect
I would put in the description all the tools required so you don’t make mistake like I did and figure out your missing a few items before the project. I think you need both an 18+19mm socket/wrench which my standard automotive toolset didn’t have.
Their customer service was responsive when I had a question.
The video helped a lot but this is definitely a 2 man job.
Packaging came very beat up in the box, but all the hardware was secured via plastic wrap and nothing was missing despite the appearance.
Great value product and would definitely recommend!!

Hitch came delivered in shrink wrap and powder coat was all chipped up slow responses from e trailer ended up getting a [XX]$ credit to buy spray paint...poor shipping poor communication
I used my motorcycle jack and a 2x4 the width of the hitch to make this a half hour install great fit.
All hardware was top quality great instructions

Excellent
Put on when it showed up. Took 1 hour. Fit perfectly. Bought trailer 2 hours later and picked up some materials for work. Slick as a whistle baby.
The hitch mounted with ease, by myself on a 2014 Mercedes Sprinter passenger van with no rear step.
For bike rack people- I did run into the problem that the Kuat bike hitch rack I installed sat too close to the van and risked breaking the windows. I tried an 8" extension...lame. Still didn't have rear door use. So Kuat makes a Pivot swing away that works with any 2" hitch rack and problem solved. Full use of doors, and plenty of clearance from windows with handlebars.

Installed it with little help in less than 30 minutes! Anticipate many years of reliable use.

I was born with two left hands and I never thought I was able to actually do something with my hands. I only bought it because every place around was booked for the rest of the month and I didn’t wanted to wait 3 weeks to mount my bicycles to my new van.
Shipping was super fast, the box was all beaten up but I know it was probably UPS’s fault. The product was still in good shape and the hardware still attached to the unit (nothing missing).
Installation was straight forward, less than an hour.

30 minute, one person, two floor jack installation. The trailer hitch we purchased fit perfectly inside the frame and bolted to the existing factory bolt holes.
SImply remove the factory shipping tie down bracket, line up the hitch, install all eight bolts as described in the instructions and its that simple.

Received one and installed it the next day. Took about a hour to jack it up and install the bolts. All necessary hardware was included. I did have get a bracket to mount the wiring plug in, but the did have holes predrilled to attach it.
Easy to install and fits nicely. I've towed a 2300 lb trailer 7000 miles with this hitch and had no problems.
Super easy install, took me less than one hour including the time needed to remove and reinstall my Luverne Step. The best part is that the hitch fits snug under the bumper allowing me to keep using my step. Both components utilize the same mounting holes and have the same diameter holes for the carriage bolts.
